WHAT IS FENG SHUI?
Feng Shui, pronounced "fung shway" is the ancient Chinese art of living in harmony with your surroundings. It literally translates as "wind/water" and comes from an old poem that generally describes the ideal place to live as one where "the water is clear, the trees are lush, the wind is mild, and the sun is bright."
Feng Shui has been making homes more welcoming and comfortable for thousands of years - it is a technique for uplifting and shifting the energy of a home. The overriding reason Feng Shui is alive and well around the world today is because it works and is easy to use.
Many schools of Feng Shui exist but all have the same basic purpose - to improve life through improving the energy of the environment. The type of Feng Shui I practice is called BTB or Black Sect Feng Shui. This type of Feng Shui was developed and brought to the West by Grandmaster Lin Yun, who was my teacher.
This type of Feng Shui has its roots in the teachings of India, China and Tibet. It uses multiple sources and energy theories as well as Chinese folklore. The philosophy is the best result comes from a marriage of Eastern and Western viewpoints and knowledge. Grandmaster Lin Yun's Feng Shui School is easy to understand, practical, effective and focuses on beneficial results quickly and with the least expenditure of time and money.
